Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every user of Reachly, a product of Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use Reachly to create or distribute:
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or that incites violence
- Sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
- Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
- Malware, phishing links, or deceptive impersonation of people or brands
- Fraudulent proposals, scams, or misrepresentation of skills or credentials
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Bulk unsolicited messaging that violates anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or India's IT Act and applicable rules)
- Automated scraping, probing, or reverse engineering of the Services
- Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, paywalls, or account restrictions
- Sharing credentials or reselling access without our written permission
- Abusing support or security channels with false reports
3. Third-Party Platforms
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform where you send Reachly-generated content, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Reddit, and email providers. Reachly does not send messages on your behalf unless a feature explicitly states otherwise; you remain the sender of record.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to authorities when required.
