Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reachly, a product of Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited("Skybin," "we," "us," or "our"), available at reachly.in. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Reachly.

1. The Service

Reachly is an AI outreach assistant that helps you:

• Create and manage profiles for platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Reddit
• Generate personalized proposals, messages, and outreach drafts
• Use a Chrome extension connected to your Reachly account and selected profile
• Track generation history and monthly generation credits

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at security@reachly.in.

3. Plans, Credits, and Beta

Reachly offers a Free plan and paid plans (such as Pro and Agency) as described on the Pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance. One generation credit is typically consumed per AI draft (including regenerations where applicable). Unused credits do not roll over unless we state otherwise in writing.

During public beta (through December 2026 unless extended or shortened), Free may include elevated limits. After beta, Free limits and paid plan availability may change. We will communicate material changes on the site or by email.

4. Payments and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You authorize charges to your payment method. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with the terms of third-party platforms where you send content (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Reddit, email providers, and others). You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of inputs you submit and outputs generated for your account. You grant Skybin a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Services (including fraud prevention and support). We do not claim ownership of your outreach copy.

7. Intellectual Property

Reachly, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review and edit content before sending. Reachly does not guarantee outcomes such as replies, hires, or sales.

9. Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may affect the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using Reachly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for Reachly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
